Ways you're breaking your hair without heat
Surprisingly, heat isn't the only culprit when it comes to hair breakage.
Here are some ways you probably didn't even realize you were breaking it.
- Tight buns/ponytails. every time you tie those lovely tresses tight and you oh so gracefully rip your hair tye out at the end of the day, you also rip your hair too.
I recommend ouch-less hair ties and don't have a death grip when you tie it back
- Stop wrapping your hair into a towel! When you get out of the shower, and your hair is dripping wet...stop flipping it forward in a towel and twisting it back right. You’re ripping your hairline off, and you're going to give yourself a blad spot eventually.
My suggestion: comb it out, squeeze excess water out then scrunch it dry with a towel. - Purse straps on your shoulder rip your hair. Every time you wear your hair down, and you throw your purse’s strap on your shoulder, you slowly rip your hair out too. Just be mindful of that...gently move your hair out of the way.
