Intentions
As the year ends and new one begins, it is important to set your goals and intentions.
I started this little ritual a few years ago and the law of attraction truly exists. Your energy will attract what you project. Write down what you want to achieve,want to see, and who you want be.
I feel like 2018 was a hell of a year for a lot of us and I’m blaming all the planets and mercury in retrograde. But like the moon, we are always going to be going through phases, growing and out growing who we are into who we are becoming. Life is an ever evolving phase of changing and adapting. I am thankful for my handful of clients over the age of 50, who have shared this wisdom of life with me.
2019 is going to be the year of many manifestations.
It is a great time to manifest your dreams, love, and positivity. Love makes the world go ‘round and the world really needs it now more than ever.
Your energy goes where your energy flows.
We cannot always be in control of our experiences , but we are in control of how to react to them🌜
When you think negative you will only see negative, if you try to be positive you will see positive…
It’s quite simple but as humans of modern society, we tend to make it complicated. Also, social media and the internet can either inspire you or be discouraging, but remember you are in control of your life and feelings.
For example, in my favorite book “The Four Doors” by Paul Richard Evans:
“You are thinking of failure as the enemy of success. But it isn't at all. You can be discouraged by failure-or you can learn from it. So go ahead and make mistakes. Make all you can. Because, remember, that's where you will find success.”
Be passionate about your goals, write down what sparks a fire in you. 🔥
When shit gets rough, remember it could always be worse, refer back to your list of goals and remember why you have them.
I find it amusing when someone says “it must be nice to travel all the time...” in a condescending tone...
I don’t have to explain myself to anyone... but know and understand that my intentions for 2019 is to travel more, help more, and to do more. I know my purpose is to make this world a better place and I have every intention of doing that. I will do my best to shed whatever light of positivity , love, and beauty the world needs... 2019 get ready 💕
