Maca Power Powder
What Is Maca?
The maca plant, known scientifically as Lepidium meyenii, is sometimes referred to as Peruvian ginseng.
It mainly grows in the Andes of central Peru, in harsh conditions and at very high altitudes — above 13,000 feet (4,000 meters).
Maca helps to relieve menstruation cramps and symptoms, especially when trying to balance hormones after getting off birth control.
Maca can also help to relieve the negative side effects of PCOS.
Maca is known to increase energy, libido, and help with fertility.
Only 1 teaspoon (5 grams) a day is needed to receive the benefits of this magical root.
Maca is filled with:
Protein
Fiber
Vitamin C
Copper
Iron
Potassium
Vitamin B6
Manganese
Food like Maca doesn't come by easily. Maca is an adaptogenic root vegetable with a mildly sweet & nutty flavor that helps to nourish the adrenal glands.
DISCLAIMER:
We do not claim to cure hormonal issues or cure infertility. We are just hoping to help.
Because Maca does increase energy, it is not recommended to have more than 2 teaspoons a day since overconsumption can cause heart palpitations.
If you suffer from hormonal issues, severe menstruation cramps, and have been told you can be infertile due to PCOS or other hormonal issues, Maca is highly recommended. Speak to your primary physician about using this holistic method.
